Started out with 10 reps of 20 pound medicine ball over head slams
Wind sprint 50 yards to a lunge with barbell and 25 pound plates 50 yards back finishing with 10 squats = 4 sets.
Followed by the above “super level 4 sets (instead of the half mile run, I sprinted 50 yards to start each set)
Awesome work out!
And finish with some abs!
End of the week cardio blast…very rare that I almost puke but if you push yourself anything is possible I guess…
